Description
Pencil and watercolor. This is me trying to get better at drawing people. It started as an experiemental drawing, with hatching as the shadow instead of the usually smudging I do. I got bored and decided to paint over it....because that's my answer for everything I don't like. Her hair is hidden under the top hat. Ninja hair :3

Ja, this is certainly better than most of the other pictures you've drawn of people. Did you use a reference image?
If you don't mind a bit of constructive criticism, I was just going to say that the side of her head near the eyes are kind of wide, or her eyes are too close together. This might be a more obvious problem in your drawings of heads tilted more to the side. I think another suggestion might be that it looks that way because her hairline on the sides seem kind of receded. Hairline in general usually extends a bit beyond the ears.
This is just an observation, but I've noticed most of your ladies have similar features.
